PURPOSE: An axial fan structure for room air conditioner is provided to increase air volume of outdoor unit, while reducing a noise. CONSTITUTION: An axial fan(10) has a maximum camber position of 0.7, distributed uniformly from a hub(10b) to a tip(10c), and a maximum camber forming a curved distribution of 3.0 to 7.0 to 6.5 percent from the hub 0.0 to 0.75 point to 1.0 position. The axial fan has a pitch angle forming a linear distribution of 42.0 to 31.0 degrees from the hub to the tip. The axial fan has a sweep angle(SA) of 47.0 degrees at the tip. When such an axial fan is applied to an outdoor unit of room air conditioner, the outdoor unit has an increased air volume, while reducing a noise.
