PURPOSE: A printed circuit board(PCB) is provided to minimize a signal noise occurring in the PCB and protect signals from reflecting from the edges of the PCB. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board has a laminated structure wherein a ground layer(12) and a power supply layer(18) are formed between two signal layers(10,20), and the layers are isolated from each other by an insulating layer(22). The two signal layers respectively include a ground border(38) having a predetermined width and connectors(36). The ground border(38) is formed with a predetermined space away from the edges of the PCB. The connectors connect the ground border with the ground layer. Preferably, the connectors are vias formed perpendicularly to the ground layer and the power supply layer, at predetermined intervals along the edges of the PCB.
