PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring leaned amount by using unmanned camera is provided to accurately measure the leaned amount of a vehicle and remove an error according to a measurer. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring leaned amount(L3) by using unmanned camera includes CCD cameras(4,5) installed in a staring point(S) and an ending point(P) of a measurement section(L2), a computer connected with each CCD camera, and two direction recognition plates attached on the central axis of a vehicle roof, wherein a traveling vehicle(C) is filmed by the CCD cameras at the starting point and the ending point for image processing in the computer, a reference line(N) is drew as a line connecting the direction recognition plates, and a distance which the vehicle is vertically distant from the ending point on the reference line is measured as image processing by the computer, so that the leaned amount of the vehicle is measured,
