PURPOSE: A frying utensil contains water and edible oil together to be heated for frying food. CONSTITUTION: The utensil has a frying vessel for containing water and edible oil together, a heater for heating the water and the oil in the frying vessel, and a cool system which is located at the border line between the water and the oil to cool the heat trying to transfer from the oil to the water. The vessel has a transparent window to show the border and the border line guide graduation.
