PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to stably mask an input signal as the second control signal after the generation of the second control signal is controlled in response to a signal disabling the input signal when masking the input signal as a control signal. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit includes an input portion(210), a latch portion(230) and an output portion(250). The input portion pulls down an output node when a control signal becomes active within a disable time section of an input signal and pulls up the output node when the control signal becomes inactive within the disable time section of the input signal. The latch portion latches a signal of the output node and outputs the second control signal. The output portion generates an output signal in response to the second control signal and the input signal. The input portion has two NMOS transistors(NM21,NM22) receiving the control signal an inverted input signal on their gates and pull down the output node and two PMOS transistors(PM21,PM22) receiving the control signal the input signal on their gates and pull up the output node.
