PURPOSE: An alarm of living environment at a condominium is provided to reduce the impulse wave and factors of generating the noise and to remove the factor that an alarm becomes a noise. CONSTITUTION: An alarm of living environment at a condominium includes a sensing and analyzing portion(10), an alarm portion(20) and a portion(30) of setting up day and night. The sensing and analyzing portion(10) senses vibration and noises by the impulse and outputs a signal if the sensed signal has the size, which causes inconvenience to the house. The alarm portion(20) generates an alarm when the signal is output in the sensing and analyzing portion(10). The portion(30) of setting up day and night divides day and night and controls the allowed value of impulse or noises and the length of alarm generating time and the volume of the alarm at night.
