PURPOSE: A method for allocating a routing address and for deciding a routing path in a small-sized network system is provided to simply allocate the routing address and to retrieve the routing path, to decide the routing path, and to use a small system having a small-sized routing database and a small-sized forwarding data base, so as to easily implement a routing. CONSTITUTION: If power is inputted to a node included in a small-sized network system, a routing address allocating protocol/routing path deciding algorithm allocates a fundamental routing address and retrieves whether neighbor nodes exist. If not, the protocol/algorithm decides the fundamental routing address as a self address. If a neighbor node exists, the protocol/algorithm allocates a self address according to a matrix method, on the basis of a routing address of the neighbor node. If many neighbor nodes exist, the protocol/algorithm allocates a self address according to the matrix method, on the basis of a routing address of a neighbor node having a highest routing address priority. If the self address is decided, the protocol/algorithm starts an address priority counting. If a data transmission is requested to other node, the protocol/algorithm retrieves whether a shortcut toward the other node exists. If so, the protocol/algorithm transmits data to the shortcut. If the shortcut does not exist, the protocol/algorithm retrieves whether a path is connected to a first direction. If so, the data is transmitted to the first direction. If the path is not connected, the protocol/algorithm retrieves whether the path is connected to a second direction. If so, the data is transmitted to the second direction.
