PURPOSE: A purse and a bag for preventing theft is provided, which prevents theft by installing a net-shaped wire which is not cut with a knife. CONSTITUTION: The purse and a bag for preventing theft is characterized in that: a net -shaped wire(14) installed between the inside and outside leather; or in a bag without inside leather, after attaching a velcrose(16) inside the outside leather, a protecting board with the net-shaped wire(14) with the velcrose(16) on the edges is attached onto the velcrose(16) on the outside leather.
