PURPOSE: A device for reproducing optical signals is provided to play back the optical signals transceived between a wireless communication base station using a code division multiple access(CDMA) system and many small-sized base stations, with levels of original signals, so as to transceive remote signals between the wireless communication base station and the small-sized base stations. CONSTITUTION: A device for reproducing optical signals in a reverse link comprises as follows. A wavelength division multiplexing coupler(301) couples optical signals transmitted from an exterior. The coupled optical signals are transmitted to an optical/electrical signal converter(302). The optical/electrical signal converter(302) converts the optical signals into electrical signals, and the electrical signals are amplified through an amplifier(303). An electrical/optical signal converter(304) converts the amplified electrical signals into optical signals, and the optical signals are coupled by a wavelength division multiplexing coupler(305) to be transmitted to the exterior. The device in a forward link comprises as follows. The optical signals transmitted from the exterior are coupled by the wavelength division multiplexing coupler(305), and transmitted to an optical/electrical signal converter(306). The optical/electrical signal converter(306) converts the optical signals into electrical signals, and the electrical signals are amplified by an amplifier(307). An electrical/optical signal converter(308) converts the electrical signals into optical signals, and the optical signals are coupled through the wavelength division multiplexing coupler(301) to be retransmitted to the exterior.
