ASSEMBLY METHOD OF FLAT DISPLAY

PURPOSE: An assembly method of flat display is provided to shorten the assembly process time and to decrease the defective generation rate. CONSTITUTION: An assembly method of flat display comprises the steps; forming an alumina film(14) of hoop type on the edge of a white dielectric layer(12) on a rear surface plate of flat display, after forming an address electrode(11) and the white dielectric layer(12), and a barrier rib(13) and fluorescent(not shown); aligning the front surface plate and the rear surface plate by the align mark of the front surface plate and the rear surface plate and adhering them closely;and forming a metal oxide layer on interface the white dielectric layer(12) and the alumina film(14) by the electrochemistry reaction of the white dielectric layer(12) and the alumina film(14).
