PURPOSE: A caster angle adjusting device of a car provides an optimal running safety and an improved steering sense by automatically adjusting the caster angle according to a speed of a running vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(200) and a lower arm(100) are connected through an eccentric shaft(330). A worm wheel(350) is mounted in one end of the eccentric shaft(330). A cylindrical worm(340) engaging with the worm wheel(350) is operated by a driving device and the driving device is controlled by a controlling part according to a vehicle condition such as a car speed. A caster angle is largely adjusted when a vehicle runs at high speed. The caster angle is smaller adjusted when the vehicle runs at low speed or is parked.
