PURPOSE: The titled agent composition capable of reutilizing tidal mud as filled-up land and comprising sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, cobalt chloride as a main component is provided, which hardens tidal mud effectively at low cost. CONSTITUTION: In a soil hardening agent, the composition comprises 5.8 to 6.0% by weight of sodium carbonate, 6.0 to 6.5% by weight of potassium carbonate, 6.0 to 7.0% by weight of sodium chloride, 1.4 to 1.6% by weight of ammonium chloride, 0.25 to 0.30% by weight of cobalt chloride and the balance water. The amount of harmful substance discharged from the tidal mud hardened by the hardening agent is reduced by 100 times or more as compared to tidal mud before treatment. |
