PURPOSE: A preparation method of nucleic acid using soybean is provided to produce germ-free nucleic acid solution that is effective in digestion, metabolism, and anti-aging. CONSTITUTION: The raw material of nucleic acid are as follows. Sterilized soybean as main material, 10 wt.% of yeast (based on the weight of soybean), 10 wt.% of lactic ferments, 10 wt.% of water, 10 wt.% of salt. Above raw materials are mixed well, cultivated for 144 hrs. at 23-40 deg.C. And then, it is aged for 4-6 months, followed by aging again for 1 year at 15 deg.C.
