PURPOSE: A voice control system of an elevator and method the same are provided to automatically adjust the volume of the voice per time through a control circuit with a communication protocol and a software. CONSTITUTION: A voice control system of an elevator comprises an input device(100), a main drive circuit(110), a voice guiding circuit(120) and a predicting device(130). The input device inputs a voice guiding function, a time and the range of voice. The main drive circuit outputs a communication protocol containing the volume control code corresponding to the input time in a voice guiding code. The voice guiding circuit outputs a voice synthetic data after amplifying with the volume of the voice corresponding to the volume control code. Then, the predicting device outputs the signal of the voice guiding circuit outside.
