PURPOSE: A controlling method of transcription voltage and fixing temperature of an imaging apparatus is provided to control a voltage level supplied to a transcription roller and fixing temperature generated in a heating roller of a fixing device simultaneously by the existence of printing data relative to the corresponding line synchronous with horizontal synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION: The controlling method of transcription voltage and fixing temperature of an imaging apparatus has the following characteristics. If a print instruction is received from a user(S23), the mode of an imaging device is converted into a print standby mode(S24); printing data is stored in a memory(S25); an exposure device outputs horizontal synchronizing signal for each line(S26); printing data stored in a memory is transmitted to the exposure device in a predetermined unit(S27); a process I to detect the existence of printing data transmitted from the memory to exposure device in the unit of line exists(S28); If a detected result is in normal data range, transcription voltage supplied for a transcription roller is normally maintained simultaneously with turning-on a heating roller installed in fixing device(S32); If the detected result is in non-data range, transcription voltage to be supplied to transcription roller is interrupted simultaneously with turning-off the heating roller(S33).
