摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, highly accurately manage and control the injection of a gel negative electrode active material by drive-controlling a discharge adjusting means of a constant discharge pump according to variables of first and second metering equipments. SOLUTION: A carrier 3 supporting a battery case 2 is pushed above a first metering equipment 4 and is weighed. The carrier 3 then moves to the position opposed to a constant discharge pump 5. At this position, a constant amount of a gel negative electrode active material pre-adjusted and set is discharged and injected into the battery case 2. The carrier 3 is pushed above a second metering equipment 7 and the weight after the gel negative electrode active material injection is weighed. The weight data is also inputted into a controller 8 and an injected amount is calculated by the difference between the weight data and the weight data inputted by the first metering equipment 4. When the calculated amount of the gel negative electrode active material is determined out of tolerance, a servo motor 11 is driven through a servo driver 12.
