PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a process of pressing/heating an insulator and a long conductor (work), to which adhesive material is applied. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a working bench 1 (rails 10, rollers 11, a truck 12, a mounting table 15, and a moving mechanism 16 are included) on which a long conductor and an insulator lapped with an adhesive material between is put at a fixed position as a work OB, a plurality of pressure applying mechanisms 2,..., 2 which apply pressure to the work OB put on this working bench 1 at a plurality of the longitudinal positions of the work OB in the mutually lapped direction of the long conductor and insulator, heating elements 3 (a heating power source 30a for long conductors and a heating power source 31a for dummy materials are included) which heat the work OB under application of pressure by each of these pressure mechanisms 2,..., 2, and a support member SP (a plurality of link mechanisms 4,..., 4, a beam 5, and a vertically moving mechanism 6 are included) which movably supports each pressure mechanism 2,..., 2 in its longitudinal direction corresponding to the elongation of the work OB, when the work OB is heated by these heating elements 3, which are expands and stretches in response to elongation in its longitudinal direction.
