PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently aid the determination of sufficient interfaces required for server objects in a distributed object system at the time of shifting processes from an analytical process to a design process and from the design process to a,packaging process in the development processes of the distributed object system. SOLUTION: An analytical model 104 including a class diagram in the distributed object system and an interaction diagram between objects are inputted and an annotated analytical model 105 consisting of an annotated class diagram to which annotation whether each class or each object in the model 104 is specified as the server side or the client side is attached and an annotated interaction diagram is generated. Then access relation between annotated classes in the model 105 is analyzed and an initial design model 107 for the system is formed from the analytical result 106 and the model 105 and outputted.
