PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method of a printed board, by which the printed board can be held stably by a small number of screws for fixing even when the fixing method of the printed board is subject to the effects of the size and mass of the printed board and external force, while a shielding effect at a fixed level is compensated and assembly and disassembly can be conducted simply. SOLUTION: In the fixing method, the printed board is fixed onto a cover 1 by screws 4 for fixing through a through-hole 2a, and a unit is formed. Since the length of spacers 1b is made slightly shorter than notched sections 1a, the printed board 2 and the notched sections 1a are brought into contact surely, and the printed board 2 and the cover 1 are fixed by a small number of screws. The unit is inserted to a base 3, and the cover 1 and the base 3 are fixed by screws 5 for fastening the rear side from a rear. The printed board is fixed by screws 6 for fixing the top face side from a top face. The notched sections 1a on the rear side function as fulcra at that time, the screws 6 for fixing the top face side can be fastened easily, and the printed board 2 and the base 3 are brought into contact surely. Lastly, the horizontal direction is fixed by screws 7 for fixing the side face side, and a stabler box-shaped form can be formed.
