PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excess insertion of a counter terminal by a stopper part and prevent the stopper part from obstructing extraction movement of the counter terminal. SOLUTION: This terminal structure includes a bottom surface part 23, a pair of side surface parts 25 stood from both sides of the bottom surface part 23, and an upper surface part 26b bent from an upper end side of one of the pair side surface parts 25 to the above of the bottom surface part 23. An elastic contact part 27 for elastically deforming to upper and lower directions is formed on the bottom surface part 23. An elastic receiving surface part 33 opposite to the elastic contact part 27 is formed on the upper surface part 26b. A locking protrusion part 30 displaced by elastically deforming in upper and lower directions is formed on the bottom surface part 23. A male terminal is inserted between the elastic contact part 27 and the elastic receiving surface part 33, and the locking protrusion part 30 is locked to a locking hole of the inserted male terminal. A stopper part 34 for preventing excess insertion of the male terminal is provided on the upper surface part 26b.
