PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terminal device capable of preventing a pawl for locking from being damaged. SOLUTION: In a terminal device constituted of a corner box shape insulating resin body 1 having an opening 1a on one surface and incorporating a terminal 2 in the opening 1a and an insulating resin cover 3 for closing the opening 1a of the resin body 1, the resin cover 3 is projected toward the resin body 1, a pawl for locking 4 with a pawl tip directed to the outside of the resin body 1 is provided and a protrusion 6 longer than the pawl for locking 4 is provided in the vicinity of the pawl for locking 4. The resin body 1 is provided with a pawl locking part 5 locking the pawl for locking 4 and a recess 7 for guiding the protrusion 6.
