PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape reel capable of preventing the shifting-up of a rising tape even in an environmental change without deteriorating the surface wobbling accuracy of a reel hub or a reel flange. SOLUTION: A projecting wall 10 is provided in the upper end surface of the outer cylinder of a reel hub, the projecting wall 10 is fitted in the hole part 11 of an upper flange 5, the opposing side faces of the hole part and the projecting wall facing each other in an inner peripheral side are set as tapered surfaces 10a and 11a, and a gap 12 is provided between the side faces of the projecting wall and the hole part facing each other in an outer peripheral side. In the inner peripheral part of the upper flange 5 facing the hole part 11 partially constituted of the tapered surface 11a, an elastic part 13 is provided so as to be elastically changed along the inserting direction of the projecting wall, and the projecting wall 10 is pressed outward by the elastic part 13.
