PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate a maintenance work and to improve the certainty of the maintenance work. SOLUTION: When a base station controller(BSC) 12a detects failure in a one whose line number is X, and inquires for line information are made to a BSC 12b by using a control line (a step 21). The BSC 12b response-transmits line information, consisting of its own line number Y of the inquiry line and line state information managed by itself to the BSC 12a (a step 22). The BSC 12a which receives the response operates line failure announcement to a maintenance device 14 (a step 23), which is obtained by adding the line information consisting of the combination of the received line number Y and the line number X which detects the failure to line failure factor information. Thus, a maintenance personal can very easily decide the line of the counterposed base station controller for maintenance work at conducting of a restoring work. |
