<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device and method for simulating an electric circuit capable of simulating the operation of an analog/digital hybrid circuit equipped with a digital circuit in which a current is related to logic operation. SOLUTION: A model A/D converter MX1 constituting an A/D connecting part model circuit 50 converts analog data given from an output terminal P1a of an analog model circuit 44 into digital data and gives these data to an input terminal P1b of a digital model circuit 46. Besides, by a first current supply control model element 54, a model current flowing from a model power source ME1 through a model resistor MR2 for bias can be supplied to a model transistor MQ7 through a base electrode or to the output terminal P1a of the analog model circuit 44 corresponding to the output of the analog model circuit 44. Namely, the inflow of the model current to the output terminal P1a of the analog model circuit 44 can be controlled corresponding to the output of the analog model circuit 44.</p> |
