PRESSURE SENSOR AND GAS METER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount the pressure sensor on the case of the microcomputer meter of conventional specifications which was mounted with a pressure switch by miniaturizing the pressure sensor which can continuously detect gas pressure. SOLUTION: In the case 1 composed of a base 2 which has a fitting flange 2a and a gas intake 4 and a cover case 3 coupled with the base 2, a pressure sensor chip 9 which outputs an output signal corresponding to the pressure of gas introduced from the gas intake 4 and a substrate 5 where an IC 10 converting the output signal from the pressure sensor chip 9 is mounted as a bare chip are put, and the fitting flange 2a and cover case 3 are so shaped that they can be fitted with the same specifications with the pressure switch.
