PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make positioning work utilizing a laser beam in indoor and outdoor building and general construction work efficiently executable by making the center indicating accuracy of a laser beam highly accurately findable even when the width of the laser beam changes. SOLUTION: An irradiating system for positioning is composed of an installing section constituted by connecting and fixing one end sections of stand arms 6 to the supporting arms (b) of a stand base 11 through which a tapped hole (a) engaged with the screwing-in pipe section (j) of a slide receiving base 12 is formed and from which the supporting arms (b) are protruded at regular intervals in three directions and the slide receiving base 12 which is screwed in the tapped hole (a). A flange (h) is formed around the upper-end opening of the pipe section (j) and a slide fixing screw 15 is engaged with the screwing-in pipe section (j) after a slide receiver 18 and a stopper retainer 24 are successively passed through the pipe section (j). In addition, an adjustment ring 16 provided with a lock lever 13 for operating the slide fixing screw 15 in the axial direction with respect to the pipe section (j) is put on the screw 15.
