PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably make manual operation efficient in a photograpmmetry image processing device. SOLUTION: A plurality of pairs consisting of a same group (pair), which contains 2 pieces of images including a common target, are defined. An image displaying area IMA and drawing area DRA are set on a screen of a display device. Effective ranges for drawings RV1-4 on pairs 1-4 are respectively computed to be set on the drawing area DRA. Images IM11, IM12 of a pair corresponding to one of the effective ranges RV for drawing including a specified point SP, are displayed on the image displaying area IMA when this specified point SP is arbitrarily specified by a cursor in the drawing area. Corresponding image points OP', OP" on the image IM11, IM12 are specified, and a three-dimensional coordinate of an object point OP1 is computed. Then, a survey drawing is created on the drawing area DRA based on this three-dimensional coordinate.
