PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of cooling capacity by reducing the condensing temperature of a refrigerant as much as possible when a refrigerant is condensed and liquefied by utilizing cold of ice stored in an ice storage tank by making ice during the night and to prevent the occurrence of cavitation to a refrigerant pump to convey a liquefied refrigerant to an indoor heat- exchanger. SOLUTION: A water cooled condenser 11 by which cold water 9 in an ice storage tank 7 is caused to form cooling water is used as a means to condense and liquefy a refrigerant when cooling is executed by utilizing a cold heat of ice stored in the ice storage tank 7 by making ice during the night. A suction port 13a of a refrigerant pump 13 to circulate the refrigerant condensed and liquefied by the condenser 11 to an indoor heat-exchanger 16 is situated in a manner to be positioned below a refrigerant outlet 11a of the condenser 11.
