PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary calls from being originated from a terminal by its receiving a call back notification from a base to which the call back is registered, when busy state of a call channel between a base station and a subscriber's terminal is terminated. SOLUTION: When a subscriber's mobile terminal 3 under the control of the base station is at ATB state when the call is originated, a key for registering call back is depressed, the depressing of the key is detected by a subscriber's key depression detecting circuit part 22 and call back is registered to the base station, while call back registration permission information is received from the base station via a registration permission of call back receiving circuit part 24 and a subscriber notifying circuit part 26 of the subscriber's terminal 3, and completion of the call back registration is notified. Next, the fact that a TS of the subscriber's terminal 3 becomes a free state from the ATB is notified to the subscriber by a call-back notification command via a call-back signal receiving circuit part 25 and reception-enable of the call- back information is notified to the subscriber notifying circuit part 26 by the base station. Thus, enabled state of the call from the subscriber's terminal 3 is recognized.
