PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it impossible to insert a floppy disk of a prescribed size by preventing a case in which an inclined part is not constituted at the end of its front end from receiving a release effect by the inclined part and prohibiting the permission of the insertion of the case at the insertion of the case. SOLUTION: When the case of the floppy disk is inserted, the bent part 9a of a torsional coil spring 6 is guided and is pushed aside to the right side by its inclined part 2a. Since the inclined part is, however, not formed on the left side at the front end, the bent part 9b of the torsional coil spring 6 cannot be pushed aside to the left side. Namely, since the bent part 9b of the torsional coil spring 6 is not displaced, the part hinders the insertion of the case and the case cannot be pushed into the insertion part 3 beyond the part. As a result, the case 1 of a ZIP can be inserted but the case of the floppy disk cannot be inserted.
