Surface-treated powder, for cosmetics, is treated with one liquid and one solid surface treatment agent

The powder has two surface coatings (A) and (B), formed by surface treatment agents. The layer (A) is formed by a surface treatment agent which is solid at ambient temperature, while the layer (B) is formed by an agent which is liquid at ambient temperature. The powder particles are surface-treated using jet method. An Independent claim is also included for a cosmetic product containing 1-100 wt.% of the surface-treated powder.
