PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make performable a high quality label printing by an ink-jet recording method. SOLUTION: This disk-shaped recording medium 1 is provided with an information recording surface 2a formed on one surface of the medium, in which information signals are recorded and/or reproduced, and a dyestuff fixing layer 3 formed on the other surface 2b. The dyestuff fixing layer contains an ultraviolet curing resin as a binder and an intercalation compound fixing and retaining a water soluble dyestuff by an intercalation reaction based on ion exchanging force and is adaptable to an ink-jet recording method. |
