PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ciphering and deciphering method that surely transmit authentication information to certify a principal with security and to provide its device and a remote principal authentication system that utilizes characteristics of living body information. SOLUTION: Living body information denoting a characteristic specific to a person is received (S11), a numeral key with an optional value is decided for every encryption (S12), an encryption key is generated from the numeral key and a prescribed primary key (S13), the living body information is ciphered by using the encryption key (S14), a deciphering processing side generates deciphering control information to reproduce the encryption key on the basis of the obtained encryption living body information and the numeral key (S15), and by combining the ciphered living body information with the deciphering control information the authentication information is generated (S16). |
