PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time from blanking of liners until adhering thereof to cartridge halves and to prevent the staining of the liners. SOLUTION: This device has a transporting mechanism 21 which has a holding mechanism for holding the upper and lower halves 2 and 3 disposed with the liners and successively transports the upper and lower halves 2 and 3 held in this holding mechanism, a liner feed mechanism 22 which successively allows a liner raw sheet 26 to travel so as to dispose the liner green sheet 26 and the inside surfaces of the upper and lower halves 2 and 3 held in the holding mechanism in a blanking position to blank the liner green sheet 26 to a prescribed shape, and a liner blanking mechanism 23 which is disposed movably in a direction orthogonal with the traveling direction of the liner green sheet 26 in the position to blank the liner green sheet 26, blanks the liner green sheet 26 to the provide shape by moving in the blanking direction of the liner green sheet 26 existing in the blanking position and disposes the liners on the inside surfaces of the upper and lower halves 2 and 3 held in the holding mechanism by continuously moving in the blanking direction of the liner green sheet 26. |
