PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an accurate simulation by carrying out the operation simulation of a reproducing apparatus based on set parameters related to a servo control, an optical pickup, a thread and an optical disk. SOLUTION: A filter design module 11 is a module for determining a parameter of a filter for various servo controls to an optical pickup(OP). A value obtained by the filter design module 11 is inputted to a system module 12. A parameter related to a thread is obtained by a thread model module (method of least squares) 13 or a thread module (average method) 14 and inputted to the system module 12. A free vibration module 15 simulates an operation of the OP in a state without servo with the use of the parameter determined by the system module 12.
