PURPOSE: A clamp of a panel for a vehicle is provided to accurately and rapidly weld material by exactly guiding a tip of a welding gun to a welding point by mounting a guide to a clamp. CONSTITUTION: A clamp of a panel for a vehicle includes a body(110) operated by a hydraulic cylinder mounted at a side, a fixed part(120) fixed by coupling means, on which a second insulating material between the other side of the hydraulic cylinder and a first insulator(140) is mounted, and a guide(130) mounted both sides of the fixed part to guide a tip(610) of a welding gun(600). After putting a subject material(300) on a panel, when the material is fixed by the fixed part of the clamp, an operator locates the tip of the welding gun to a welding point(500) and performs welding. The tip is guided by the guide mounted on both sides of the fixed part, and thereby the tip of the welding gun is automatically positioned on the welding point.
