PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proxy server changing device which can change a proxy server on a client device from a device other than the client device. SOLUTION: This is a device used for a network system having a server device 11 stored with data, a client device 14 which accesses the server device 11, and multiple proxy server devices 13 and equipped with a proxy server address acquiring means 121a which acquires the address of the proxy server device 13 to be changed and a proxy server changing means which changes the address of the proxy server device 13 to be used, set on the client device 14, to the address obtained by the proxy server address acquiring means.
