PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server which can share multiple terminal data and inform a terminal of the updated state of the shared terminal data. SOLUTION: The server SV has a central processor 4, a communication equipment 1, a display device 3, an input device 2, a main storage device 5, and a secondary storage device 6 for storing a program etc., and communicates with multiple terminals TM, and the secondary storage device 6 has a group management part 10 which manages terminals sharing data by groups, an in- group terminal data management part 11 which updates and manages data of the terminals in the groups managed by the group management part 10, and a shared data generation part 12 which generates shared data from the data of each of the terminals in the same group.
