PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold electric connection of electronic components mounted on a board in a device body, when a portable radio information terminal device receives a shock (external force) due to fall or the like. SOLUTION: This terminal device is provided with a device body 1H constituted of a first case 3 and a second case 4 which are mutually combined, a printed wiring board 2 which is installed in the device body 1H and mounts electronic components 6, and elastic members 5 retaining the printed wiring board 2 in the device body. The elastic members 5 are arranged between the printed wiring board 2 and the first case 3, and between the printed wiring board 2 and the second case 4.
