REINFORCED COMMUNICATION CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY CONTAINING CROSSTALK COMPENSATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate inductive and capacitive crosstalk by assembling so as to operate together with a part of a terminal contact wire selected in order to form a specified amount of capacitive compensation bonding between an engaging mating connector and a terminal contact wire selected. SOLUTION: A wire board 14 can contain a conductive trace arranged so as to compensate crosstalk of connector induction, and an electric circuit constituting member, or other devices. A printed wire trace can be contained within a layer of the wire board 14. All crosstalk compensation caused by the wire board 14 can be added to the initial step of crosstalk caused by contact wires 18a-18h of a terminal and a contact wire guide structure 16 on the wire board 14, or can cooperate with this step.
