PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a step-up transformer. SOLUTION: A step-up transformer 8 is composed by winding a primary winding 19, a secondary winding 23 and a heater winding 38 on the circumferential part of a core 48 through a bobbin 9, and comprises a first lead wire 32a and a second lead wire 32b of the heater winding 38. The lower end parts of the first lead wire 32a and the second lead wire 32b each are electrically connected to the mating side through a board 7, and the other end parts thereof are electrically connected to the heater of a magnetron, and the first lead wire 32a is held by the bobbin 9 so as to penetrate the magnetic circuit of the core 48. This structure dispenses with the winding part for the heater winding 38, so that both the bobbin 9 and the step-up transformer 8 are miniaturized.
