PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC cord fixing device with excellent versatility at a relatively reduced cost, capable of preventing a plug completely from falling off only by disposing a simple mechanism for locking the plug in electric equipment. SOLUTION: In this AC cord fixing device, a plug 4 is connected to an inlet 2 of electric equipment 1 via an AC cord 3. The electric equipment 1 is provided with a locking tool 5 for preventing falling-off of the plug 4. The locking tool 5 is fixed to the electric equipment 1 at one end thereof bent into an L shape by inserting a screw 6 into a fixing hole 7, and is provided at the other end thereof with a band 8, which is formed into a band-like shape, fitted into a hole 9a formed at a locking portion 9 in such a manner that the plug 4 can be fastened and made of a resin integrally with the locking tool 5.
