PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pickup plural electronic document by simple operation by providing plural document ID marks in a sheet to be picked up. SOLUTION: When 'picking up' is instruct-inputted by an inputting means 100c, a display input controlling means 100a displays a document ID inputting picture on a display. When a document ID mark on a document retrieving result sheet is inputted as a document ID from a bar code reader included in the means 100c, the means 100a instructs a document managing means 300 to pick up document picture data corresponding to this document ID. The means 300 receiving this picks up the document picture data corresponding to the document ID from a storing means 97 and then, delivers the document picture data to an output part 9. As the result of this, a paper document corresponding to the document ID mark on the document retrieving result sheet is printed by an output means 9. By using the document retrieving result sheet like this, plural pieces of document picture data are picked up by simple operation.
