PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make obtainable an image equivalent to an image picked up by a normal lens by correcting distortion of an image picked up by a camera on which a wide field lens is mounted and to make an ultrawide angle monitoring camera, etc. realized that has not been obtainable with a wide angle lens.
