PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery having good visibility for the design and type and easy to make management of the manufacturing cost, stock, etc. SOLUTION: Labels 1 and 2 subjected to a decorating process by laser beam irradiation are affixed to a storage battery composed of a resin jar and lid, and the manufacturing method uses adhesive layers, base material layers, printed layers, and resin coat layers to be attached to the resin lid and jar, wherein the printed layer uses a label having different hue from the base material layer and part of each printed layer is removed by laser beam irradiation.
