PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally operate a circuit even if connection to power is opposite, for example, by using two identical voltage doubler rectifier circuit and making connection sides to power opposite. SOLUTION: Same voltage doubler rectifier circuits A and B formed of capacitor 3, 4 and 5 and rectifiers 6, 7 and 8 are used. Commercial 100 V power connection parts 1 and 2 are combined, the ground of a 100 V power side is on either side, and the voltage doubler rectifier circuit A or B operates normally. Thus, influence on the polarity of output 11 by the connection direction to 100 V power is eliminated, and the circuit can always be operated normally.
