PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full differential amplifier system that changes a common mode voltage, in response to the change of operating temperature to effectively utilize an output voltage range within an operation warrant temperature at all times. SOLUTION: This full differential amplifier system is provided with a full differential amplifier 1, a common mode feedback(CMFB) circuit 2 that compares a midpoint voltage of an output terminal pair voltage of the full differential amplifier 1 with a voltage given externally from the full differential amplifier 1 to feed back a voltage to the full differential amplifier 1, and the midpoint voltage is the same as the voltage given externally, and a temperature sensor section, whose output voltage is changed in response to ambient temperature and that output its output voltage to a CMFB circuit 2. Thus, the common mode voltage can be made to change in response to a change in the operating temperature, and the output voltage range can be utilized effectively within the operation warrant temperature at all times.
