PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit that can realize satisfactory high frequency transmission characteristic by compensating the effect of an air bridge placed to a coplanar transmission line. SOLUTION: In a coplanar line consisting of a center conductor 2, that is formed on a dielectric board or a semiconductor board 1 and a ground conductor 3 at both sides of the center conductor 2, the center conductor 2 is configured to be an air bridge structure 4 for connection with the ground conductors 3 at both sides and a connection area 7 for electrically connecting the ground conductors 3 at both sides is arranged under the air bridge structure 4. |
