PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an efficient utilization of an equipment regardless of variation in a local demand of gas. SOLUTION: An ASU plant 6 for producing liquefied nitrogen or liquefied oxygen is provided on a barge 2 able to move on the water, and the barge 2 is connected to a self-propelled ship 3 by a chain 4. Thus, the barge 2 equipped with the ASU plant 6 can be transported to any place, and by adding another barge or by replacing the barge, variation in the local demand for gas can be rapidly met. As a result, a liquefied gas producing equipment including an ASU plat 6 can be efficiently utilized. |
