PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay time variable circuit with a simple circuit configuration that realizes low noise and that is adjustable. SOLUTION: This delay time variable circuit is provided with transistors(TRs) 1, 2, an output terminal TP1, an output terminal TN1 that is connected to an emitter of the TR2 and a common connecting point (b) of a variable current source 32, an input buffer circuit 30 that consists of a capacitor C3 connected between common connection points a, b, a differential amplifier 40 that outputs a signal corresponding to a difference between the signals outputted from the output terminals TP1, TN1, and an output buffer circuit 50 that decreases the output impedance of the amplifier 40 and that outputs pulse signals from a non-inverting output terminal OUTP and an inverting output terminal OUTN. The output buffer circuit 50 outputs an input pulse applied between a non- inverting input terminal INP and an inverting input terminal INN after time- delaying the pulse by an arbitrary time.
